Clear to Close

Settlement Statement Review

Three days before closing, we will receive our Settlement Statement. This will be the same statement that you will sign at closing. During these three days, we have time to review all the information and make any corrections, if needed.

Final Walkthrough

The day before (or day of) closing we will do a final walk-through together to ensure that the property and inclusions are in the same condition as when we wrote the offer.

Closing

Rest up your signing hand! Closing will typically last for about an hour. During closing, the Closer will present various forms for you to sign. These will include the deed of trust, loan documents and required disclosures.
