Why Waymaker?

Needs, Wants and Dealbreakers

This is the phase where I learn more about your needs. What are you looking for in a home? What are your ‘must haves’ and your ‘deal breakers’? Are there neighborhoods you’re interested in? What type of loan are you considering? What is your price point? This is a no pressure, casual conversation.

Build a Relationship

This is a very important step and can be overlooked by many. In Colorado, we have three primary relationships we can establish (in the legal sense): A buyer’s agent, a transaction broker and a ‘customer’. We will dive deeper into these and the benefits/downsides of each during our meeting.
