Tours

We will use the general info we discussed in the initial interview to build a framework for the homes we will see. As we continue to tour homes together, we will learn more about what you are looking for and continually fine tune our search to find the best home for you.

Offer

This can be a stressful time. Once we find the right home, we will submit an offer to purchase it, typically within a few days of touring. Keep in mind, it is only that. An offer. The seller may elect to ‘Counter’ or accept our offer.

Negotiations

Negotiations in real estate involve evaluating offers, terms, and market conditions to secure the strongest outcome for you. Counterproposal

The Seller may decide to submit a counterproposal (or ‘counter’). The counter is the seller’s request to amend our offer to terms/conditions that they would like. Sometimes this process will be done in a day, sometimes it may take a few days.
