Pack/Move

Depending on your unique situation packing and moving may happen sooner or later in the process. We will tailor the contract and the timing to meet your needs

Cleaning

As a service to all of my sellers, I provide professional cleaning of your home. This can be done either before photos or when you move out of the home, your choice!

Settlement Statement Review

A few days prior to closing we will be provided a settlement statement from the title company showing all debits and credits of the transaction. We will have time to review this and ensure all of the finances are in order.

Closing

All of the hard work and diligence has paid off! At closing the title representative will present multiple documents related to the sale of the property. We will ensure you’re comfortable and confident with all of these documents and understand everything that they entail.
