Initial Interview

This is where I get the chance to meet with you, either in person or virtually, to learn more about your goals and timeline. This is a low pressure meeting!

Home Walkthrough

Walking through your home together is vital to our success! This will be a chance for you to highlight the things you love about your home and note any improvements you’ve made. This will also help ‘nail down’ the value of your home.

CMA

A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is an in-depth look at your home’s value using current market conditions and historical sales data to come up with a market value for your home.

Pricing Strategy

One of the most important steps in preparing your home for sale is having a clear and concise pricing strategy. Homes that are overpriced will tend to sit on the market. Price too low and you’re losing money. We’ll dive deep into this during the process.

Marketing Plan

The primary goal for all of my marketing is to place your home in front of the right buyer and saturating all outlets with your home, including social media, and home search websites.
